| Project Type: Database & Web Databases Client: Yipinet.com Project Description: Relational Database System with internet layout links for managing the production and marketing of online courses. Background: Yipinet.com is an internet start-up company that creates and sells online continuing education courses for a variety of professions. Project Goals: (1) Create an integrated database system to track and organize the production of online courses, the acquisition of online content and other business transactions, customer service inquiries, the marketing of courses and specialized contacts relating specifically to Yipinet's specific business. (2) The system also needed web several web modules to allow a remote customer service division to access data over the internet and to allow course sales reps the access current course information. TooBaRoo's Solution: TooBaRoo created an integrated database system capable of managing the milestone's associated with the production of a series of courses, individual courses and the tracking of a variety of business deal types. Several of the databases are accessed online by customer service and remote sales staff. |
